English YouTube channel update showing Filip Dorić with two separate YouTube channels for Croatian and English content, with the message “Two channels. Same mission.”

English YouTube Channel: Why I Split My Content by Language

I recently made an important change to the way I organize my YouTube content.

Instead of publishing Croatian and English videos on the same channel, I now have a dedicated English YouTube channel for people who prefer to follow my content in English.

The idea is simple:

Two channels. Same mission.

One for Croatian content.

One for English content.

And hopefully, a much clearer experience for everyone.

Why I Decided to Separate the Languages

For quite a long time, I used the same online spaces for different audiences.

That can work.

But eventually, it creates a problem.

Someone subscribes because they enjoyed an English video.

The next upload is in Croatian.

Then another video appears in English.

Then Croatian again.

From my perspective, everything is connected.

But from the viewer’s perspective, it can become confusing.

If someone subscribes to a YouTube channel, they usually want a reasonable idea of what kind of content they are going to receive.

Language is a big part of that.

So I decided to make the structure clearer.

The Croatian Channel Stays Croatian

My existing YouTube channel is now focused primarily on Croatian-language content.

That gives me more space to talk naturally about topics that are particularly relevant to people in Croatia and the wider regional audience.

I can explain things in Croatian without wondering whether half of the subscribers are waiting for the next English video.

The Croatian channel is:

youtube.com/@filipdoric_official

There I will continue sharing videos about online business, digital ecosystems, SFT21, ecommerce, digital tools and other topics I am exploring.

A Separate English YouTube Channel

The new English YouTube channel is:

youtube.com/@filipdoric.online

This channel is specifically for people who prefer English content.

The topics will still feel familiar if you already follow my work on filipdoric.com.

You can expect content around:

digital ecosystems, online business, ecommerce, digital tools, SFT21 Business Concept, digital franchise models and practical ideas for building online.

Some videos will explain concepts in more detail.

Others will be short.

And some will connect directly with articles and insights I publish here on the website.

Why Not Just Use English for Everything?

I have written about this before.

English is incredibly useful for international communication.

I use it every day.

It connects people across countries and gives access to a much wider audience.

But international does not mean English only.

There are people who naturally prefer Croatian.

Others prefer English.

Instead of asking one audience to constantly adapt to the other, separating the channels gives each language its own space.

I think that is a better long-term approach.

It also fits with something I increasingly believe about digital ecosystems:

good systems should make participation easier, not more confusing.

Sometimes that means connecting things.

Sometimes it means separating them clearly.

Same Topics, Different Context

The two channels will not necessarily contain identical videos translated word for word.

That is not the goal.

Some topics will appear on both channels because they are relevant internationally.

Others may make more sense only for one audience.

A Croatian viewer may need different context, examples or explanations than someone discovering the same topic internationally.

That is where localization becomes useful.

The core idea can remain the same.

The presentation does not always have to be.

YouTube Is One Part of the Bigger Picture

I also do not see YouTube as an isolated channel.

For me, it connects with the rest of my online presence.

A short video may introduce an idea.

A longer video can explain it.

An article on filipdoric.com can go deeper.

The newsletter can keep the conversation going.

Social media can bring new people into that system.

This is the direction I have been moving toward for some time:

not more disconnected content — but better-connected content.

YouTube is another layer of that.

Which Channel Should You Follow?

Very simple.

If you prefer content in Croatian, follow:

YouTube: @filipdoric_official

If you prefer content in English, follow my new:

English YouTube channel: @filipdoric.online

Filip Doric Online – YouTube

And of course, you can follow both.

The language may be different.

The wider mission is not.

Two channels. Same mission.

More useful content.

Clearer communication.

And more room to explore where online business, technology, ecommerce and digital ecosystems are heading next.
