Hello
Discover my music channels on SoundCloud & YouTube
If you’ve read this post, you’re already familiar with how music has been part of my digital life and creative process. But in case you missed it — here’s the short version:
I’ve been making and sharing music for years — sometimes in emails to friends, sometimes through spontaneous jam sessions. Eventually, I felt like it was time to give these sounds a more permanent home.
I don’t know what your song of the summer is — I have many. But one thing stays the same: I love flowing with instrumental music. There’s something about letting melodies carry you that always feels right. Whether it’s deep focus, late-night walks, or background sound for creative work — that’s the kind of music I make and share.
So now, I finally put together this post to share all my music channels with you — from the early SoundCloud days to my newest releases on YouTube.

The Beginning: Sleepy EP & the Hibernaut Project
It all started with a little EP called Sleepy EP — soft, slow instrumentals made late at night. I named the project Hibernaut, a word I came up with that felt like a mix between hibernation and astronaut.
I shared a few more EPs after that — four or five in total — and uploaded them to SoundCloud. It was a cozy, personal space, and many of my friends first heard my music there.
Taking a Break — and Coming Back
Like most creative journeys, mine wasn’t linear. I took a break from recording (on laptop, I continued to record ideas on my phone) — a year or two, maybe three. But music stayed with me, quietly. And eventually, I started recording again.
This time, I began uploading tracks to YouTube, mixing old and new material, and organizing them into playlists for easier listening.

My Music Channels
You can now explore all my music through these two main platforms:
- SoundCloud – my early EPs as Hibernaut live here. A mix of ambient, lo-fi, and experimental instrumentals.
- YouTube – this is where you’ll find my most recent recordings, re-releases of older tracks, and new playlists.
Soon, I’ll be uploading a mix of favorite tracks for old fans — and for anyone just discovering the project now.
The Name Change: Introspektik
I still love the name Hibernaut, but at one point I found out there’s a metal band from the U.S. using the same name. So I decided to rebrand.
Now, my bedroom music project continues under a new name:
🎧 Introspektik — inspired by introspection, quiet moments, and inward journeys.
Final Thoughts
Not everything I’ve recorded is published — yet. But slowly, I’ll be sharing more, including unreleased tracks, mixes, and maybe even some visual experiments or live recordings.
If you enjoy music that feels like a calm companion — music you can work to, think to, or simply float with — I think you’ll feel at home here.
Thanks for listening, and see you on the other side of the melody.
— Filip
